The Rose City Steampunk Film Festival is the only annual event wholly devoted to fostering steampunk themes and aesthetics in cinema. Held each Valentine's Day weekend in Portland, Oregon, the RCSFF recognizes the world's best neo-Victorian retrofuturist motion pictures. The independently-produced RCSFF is the principal sponsor of GEAR Con, Portland's steampunk convention.
